Online
Inductions
Let us take care of introducing staff to your drug and alcohol policy with our easy to use online induction system.
Educating your staff is an import component of minimising the risks of drugs and alcohol in the workplace, but also in enforcing your policy. In fact, in many Fair Work cases companies have been required to provide evidence of employee training and education and hence, Corpcare have made a customisable online induction tool that makes it easy to educate and inform employees of your stance on substance abuse.
Benefits of the module include:
- Can be tailored to your workplace
- Users have individual logins to undertake
the modules at their own pace - Comprehension quizzes at the end of each topic to confirm understanding
- Progress monitoring for management
- Reporting functions
- Other general health modules readily available if desired
- Can integrate and upload your other policies into the module
- Multilingual.
Workshops
Our workshops educate staff on substance abuse with a mix of theory and hands-on interactive learning.
These presentations are aimed at raising awareness in regards to:
- How substance abuse affects you and those around you
- The effects of drugs and alcohol in the community
- Your responsibilities in managing consumption
Depending on the size of the group the session can be highly interactive, including demonstrations using devices that simulate the effects of drugs & alcohol.
Tailored
Presentations
We can inform your staff of the changes and the expectations of your drug and alcohol policy with a tailored presentation specific to your company, including expectations, processes and procedures and consequences.
- Notification of prohibited substances and
tolerable amounts (BAC/Alcohol) - Test selection process
- Drug testing procedures
- Consequences of testing positive to prohibited substances
All of the above components are commonly reviewed should a policy be challenged. Documented staff comprehension can be a safeguard against a Fair Work case.
